Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse Farah by AM jewellery or Moments by AM gifts, choose your preferred product and options, add it to your basket and continue to checkout.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. Gift messages are available with most of our items, including Farah by AM jewellery and many Moments by AM gifts. Where available, simply add your message in the gift-message box on the product page before adding the item to your basket.

Every gift message is handwritten by us, giving your order a more personal and thoughtful finishing touch.

Can I send an order directly to the recipient?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address during checkout. Please check the address carefully before completing your order.

Products and presentation

How is Farah by AM jewellery presented?

Every bracelet is presented with its sentiment card in a BY AM envelope. Depending on the bracelet or collection, selected pieces may also include an additional pouch or gift box. Please check the individual product description for the exact presentation.

Are Moments by AM gifts ready to give?

Yes. Our gift boxes and Little Hugs are thoughtfully presented so they feel special from the moment they arrive. The exact contents and packaging are listed on each product page.

Will every gift box contain the same items?

Each product page lists what is included. If an item ever needs to be substituted, it will be replaced with a suitable alternative of equal or greater value while keeping the overall feeling of the gift.

Delivery and returns

When will my order be dispatched?

Dispatch and delivery information can be found on our Shipping & Returns page. Personalised or made-to-order products may need additional preparation time where stated on the product page.

Can I return an item?

Please read our Shipping & Returns page for the latest information. Personalised items and some hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Corporate and wholesale

Do you offer corporate gifting or wholesale?
